Our products offer homework help and tutoring for the high school and college crowds. You'll be a part of our small dev team to handle anything and everything on the backend of our site and app. Our community of users are super-loyal and fun, very active contributors to the site.

Since we're a small operation, you'll have the chance to touch all pieces of the operation and have input in new products, designs, technology and ideas. It's the perfect environment to learn new things and have some control over what you're working on.

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Goal oriented, data-driven, and follows a scientific approach to problem-solving
- Passionate about product, product development, and user experience
- Empathetic to the needs of our users
- Focused on delivering the highest impact and smallest iterative improvements
- An effective and clear written communicator and collaborator

Responsible for:
- Working with the community to better understand user needs
- Defining and breaking up projects into small measurable iterative improvements
- Expressing requirements through low-fidelity wireframes
- Validating potential solutions with users
- Reviewing project outcomes, summarizing feedback, and suggesting next steps
- Maintaining and prioritizing our product backlog
- Defining, tracking, and reporting our key metrics

You should have experience:
- Conducting user interviews and communicating your findings
- Defining and breaking up projects into small measurable iterative improvements
- Documenting project requirements and creating low-fidelity wireframes
- Effectively prioritizing projects based on user’s needs and potential impact
- Finding nuggets of valuable information in a sea of data
- Continuously iterating over a product until you get it right
- Managing a project from idea to final product
